The Coaching Room’s Developmental Life Coaching facilitates you to taking responsibility for your own ongoing evolution and growth. We provide an obligation free, fee free intake session for all participants. Book yours today!

Key Benefits

  • You’ll be assigned a personal coach who works with you 1:1 for 3-12 months.
  • You will discover what your dominant Enneagram personality type is. This is used to then facilitate awareness of your current way of approaching people, problems, challenges, conversations, situations etc.
  • You will learn about your habituated thinking patterns (cognitive biases), attitude, behaviours, responses and reactions and how to free yourself from these.
  • Self Review process and Well-Formed Outcome (WFO) Survey to help you identify your current personal, professional and organisational needs.
  • Using Lines of Development we look at your current level of capacity and competency in each of 10 key Developmental Intelligence Lines, and align each with a topic and outcomes, therefore identifying developmental blind spots. These include Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Moral Intelligence, Interpersonal (relationship) Intelligence, Needs Intelligence, Somatic (embodiment) Intelligence among many more.
