NLP Practitioner Program
The first step is to learn the power of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and there are two reasons for that.
- NLP is the study of human subjectivity, a communication model, and the user-manual of how to run your own brain. This is where you will learn how the mind works and the foundational skills of Coaching.
- To facilitate change in others you must have done the work yourself. The NLP Practitioner program will help you gain awareness of your own programming and blindspots so you yourself can experience the awareness that brings to your current way of being that your future clients will enjoy

Level 1a: Coaching Foundations

- Understanding the Impact of Attention: Discover how your clients’ patterns of attention influence their decision-making, behaviors, and life experiences, and how you can harness this knowledge to facilitate positive change.
- Shifting Attention for Transformation: Learn powerful techniques to guide your clients in shifting their attention from limiting beliefs and habits to empowering perspectives, unlocking their potential for growth and transformation.
- Directing Coaching Sessions with Precision: Master the art of using the Identity Compass to direct and redirect your coaching sessions, ensuring a customised and impactful coaching experience for your clients.
- Empowering Lasting Change: With the Identity Compass as your ally, you will be equipped to facilitate lasting change in your clients’ lives, helping them align their attention with their aspirations and create a fulfilling reality.
Bonus: You will complete an Identity Compass profile to reveal your own cognitive processes and work within the course of identifying your own leverage points for change. More practice and understanding for the benefit of your future clients.
Level 1c: Advanced Coaching Skills

This is where we take you on a journey into Coaching with an emphasis on Integral Theory and Developmental Stages of maturity.

Level 3 is an online program where our trainers will provide mentoring and supervision of your coaching. You will get real time feedback on your Coaching for your ongoing growth and development. You will have the opportunity to revisit the learnings from Levels 1 & 2 and further explore how they are being applied to your Coaching.
Short Course: Coaching Mastery with the Meta-Model
In this short course, you’ll discover why true coaching transformation comes from mastering the basics — not the “fancy” tools. You will be guided through the Meta-Model, the foundational framework of NLP that helps you cut through distortions, deletions, and generalisations in your clients’ language
Short Course: Expanding Capacity; Coaching for Growth Beyond Comfort Zones
This course explores the four key stages of human maturity and how they shape identity, values, and meaning-making. You’ll learn practical ways to challenge limiting patterns, expand systemic influence, and balance vision with action. It equips you to recognise client growth stages while continuing to deepen your own capacity as a coach.
Recording: Introduction to Stages of Adult Development
Every coaching conversation is filtered through your stage of development. This recording introduces the key stages of adult meaning-making, showing how each shapes perception, bias, and problem-solving. Gain the insight to recognise your own limits, meet clients where they are, and expand your coaching impact.
Recording: Coaching the Collective
In this recorded session, you’ll explore the art of coaching collective intelligence, tapping into the wisdom and potential of groups. Through deep practices, you’ll learn what it truly means to be a skilled group coach facilitator. This knowledge not only enhances your coaching abilities but also empowers you to guide teams and communities toward their collective goals, fostering collaboration and growth.
Recording: Developmental VS Performance Coaching
Explore the critical distinctions between performance coaching and developmental coaching. The discussion highlights how performance coaching focuses on goals, behaviours, and outcomes, while developmental coaching works with the deeper structures of meaning-making that drive long-term transformation.

CPD Points
