Kelly Samson

NLP Trainer & Executive Coach

Empowering leaders to develop through building confidence and clarity is what excites me.

From my perspective, all leadership starts with self-leadership, and self-leadership requires deep self-understanding. It’s this crystal clear self-understanding that is the key that unlocks your true potential.

My role as an Executive Coach is to show you what you can’t see and to say the things other people won’t tell you. It’s challenging and not for the faint-hearted, but on the other side is achieving what you truly want and living life fully.

"A key takeaway for me was identifying and understanding the elements that make leadership successful, that might be largely unknown even when leadership is functioning well. Something I feel that Kelly does effectively is cutting right to the heart of a matter, and helping to understand the core element that needs to be addressed and worked on. This brings about effective results quickly that have made a tangible difference to my personal effectiveness as a leader."

"Its been a pleasure working with Kelly for the past year and together we have been on journey of self discovery. Guided by Kelly’s support and professionalism, I have enriched my leadership knowledge and been given access to a toolbox of skills needed for a successful life both professionally and personally."

"At a time of my life that I was at a crossroads and really needed to clarify my next steps, build my confidence back up and launch into my next chapter of life. Kelly gave me the tools to overcome fear, anxiety and self doubt. With the help of his coaching my career is now 100% aligned with my passions and dreams and I am fast becoming one of the leaders in my field."
