The Coaching Room Pty Ltd (‘TCR’) Training Provider to Customer’ Terms and Conditions

By making payment (as Customer) with this invoice and/or confirming the training program date(s), for I/we the Customer agree and understand that:

1. Services may be withheld if payment is not received by the payment due dates.
2. If a cancellation, for any reason, is made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled training program the invoiced amount may be utilised in other training programs or services provided by TCR, subject to the cost of preparing any training materials prior to that date and unable to be reused being paid for by you the Customer.
3. If a cancellation, for any reason, is made less than 30 cancellation fee days prior to the scheduled training program a 50% cancellation fee applies. The invoiced amount less the 50% cancellation fee may be utilised in other training programs or services provided by TCR the Provider, subject to the cost of preparing any training materials prior to that date and unable to be reused being paid for by the Customer.
4. Unless specified otherwise in writing: all travel, accommodation and sustenance for TCR Trainers engaged for training program(s) will be provided and/or reimbursed by the Customer.
5. Unless specified otherwise in writing: all training premises, audio-visual equipment and participant sustenance will be provided by the Customer.
6. If required to support the training outcome(s), TCR, the Provider will provide relevant training materials.
7. Training materials are provided by TCR the Provider, subject to the Reserved Rights of Copyright held by TCR and/or other Copyright holders and may not be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, etc.) without prior written permission.
8. This Black Friday sale is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
   This Black Friday sale excludes: Sports Psychology Coaching 1:1 & Group, Matrix Group Coaching, Spiritual Inquiry program & Inquiry Circle. The Black Friday sale is currently inactive, and will begin on Friday November 19th at 12.01am and will expire on the 26th of November at 11.59pm or until first 50 seats are sold on each course or program.
